Overview
A chest x-ray is of no clinical importance in the diagnosis of rhinitis, unless it is necessary for the evaluation of some associated comorbid conditions.
Chest X-ray
Chest x ray is not indicated for the diagnosis of rhinitis. However, it may be necessary in the evaluation of associated comorbid condition. The clinical practice guideline on allergic rhinitis discouraged the routine use of sinonasal imaging in patients with symptoms consistent with a diagnosis of allergic rhinitis.[1]
