• CT of the spleen can also be useful to assess for splenomegaly.
• CT findings of splenomegaly in hemolytic anemia include the following:
  • The length of the spleen is more than 10 cm
  • The spleen is extending below the lower third pole of the kidney.
  • Loss of the splenic notches
