- CT of the spleen can also be useful to assess for splenomegaly.[1]
- CT findings of splenomegaly in hemolytic anemia include the following:
- The length of the spleen is more than 10 cm
- The spleen is extending below the lower third pole of the kidney.
- Loss of the splenic notches
