Other Diagnostic Studies
- In survivors of sudden cardiac death due to lethal arrhythmia from ischemic heart disease, coronary angiography and probable revascularization is recommended.[1]
- Electrophysiology study is recommended for induction of bradyarrhythmia ,ventricular tachyarrhythmia, determination the indication for ICD implantation in dilated cardiomyopathy,ARVC, HCM.
- Electrophysiology study is not recommended in long QT syndrome (LQTS), cathecolaminergic polymorphic ventricular tachycardia (CPVT), short QTsyndrome (SQTS)..[2]
