Dexatrim is a dietary supplement meant to assist with weight loss. Its formula has changed over the years and at times Dexatrim has contained phenylpropanolamine and ephedra.

As of 2007, it contains caffeine and extracts of cocoa and green tea leaf as well as several vitamins and minerals.
