Overview
Fascicular block is a conduction abnormality in the heart where one of the three main fascicles of the His/Purkinje system are blocked.
The three types of fasicular block are: right bundle branch block (RBBB), left anterior fascicular block (LAFB), and left posterior fascicular block (LPFB).
