Symptoms

• Severe upper abdominal pain
• Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and loss of appetite.
• Fever / Chills
• Shock, hemodynamic instability

Uncommon

• Grey Turner sign (hemorrhagic discoloration of the flanks), Cullen sign (hemorrhagic discoloration of the umbilicus)
• pancreatic pseudocyst, pancreatic dysfunction (malabsorption due to exocrine failure) or diabetes mellitus.
