Overview
Dysembryoplastic neuroepithelial tumour is a type of brain tumour that arises from the oligodendrocyte, a type of brain cell.
It falls into Grade I of the WHO classification of brain tumours and, generally, has a good prognosis.[1]
Treatment
Treatment of DNTs is surgical resection.
