- Tachypnea.
- Dyspnea.
- Cyanosis.
- Decreased or absent breath sounds on affected side.
- Tracheal deviation.
- Dull resonance on percussion.
- Unequal chest rise.
- Tachycardia.
- Hypotension.
- Pale, cool, clammy skin.
- Possibly subcutaneous air.
- Narrowing pulse pressure.
