The Trilogy of Fallot is a congenital heart condition consisting of the following:

The first two of these are also found in the Tetralogy of Fallot. However, Tetralogy of Fallot is associated with a ventricular septal defect instead of an atrial septal defect, and it also involves an overriding aorta.

Historical Perspective

It is named for Etienne Fallot.[1]
