How Supplied Storage and Handling

  • NDC 59630-480-30: bottles of 30 tablets. 50 mg, off-white round tablets, debossed "FH 50".
  • NDC 59630-485-30: bottles of 30 tablets. 160 mg, off-white round tablets, debossed "FH 160".

Store at 20°-25°C (68°-77°F); excursions permitted to 15°-30°C (59°-86°F) [See USP Controlled Room Temperature]. Protect from light and moisture. Store tablets only in the moisture protective container.[1]
