Overview
Enterovirus 68 infection presents with symptoms of an acute respiratory tract infection. The most common symptoms of this viral infection include fever, cough, dyspnea, coryza, and malaise.
History and symptoms
Most people who are infected with enterovirus 68 (EV-D68) and other non-polio enteroviruses do not get sick, or they only have mild illness. Enterovirus 68 is associated with respiratory symptoms, such as:[1][2]
