There is no treatment for enterovirus 68 infection. Current management of these patients is based on supportive care towards symptom relief and prevention of complications.

- There is no specific antiviral therapy indicated in patients with enterovirus 68 infection. [1][2]
- Treatment consist of supportive measurements and prevention of complications.
- Patients with severe illness may require hospitalization and close follow-up.
- Sever cases might require oxygen supplementation and mechanical ventilation.
