Retired US Army medic, systems/network administrator, information security professional. I can intelligently discuss pharmacology, anatomy and physiology and general medicine and know quite well when to call a physician. The latter shows that I'm reasonably bright, bright enough to know when to shout to the hills, "HELP". Overall, I'm a rather humorous fellow, who is only serious when editing wiki articles, or in an emergency. So, do forgive me if I utilize hyperbole to prove an extreme point or whimsy in a talk page, I'm only driving a point home or expressing humor over a misunderstanding. I've requested an account so that I may correct a few pages, either with more timely information for the nerve agent article and to correct some external linked sources that are dead links on a couple of neurology articles. I'll likely assist, when required on infectious disease articles, as I've had some significant exposure to that subject (a bit of an experiential pun there), as well as vaccine preventable diseases articles and chronic pain articles. My citations will be unimpeachable, impeccable and authoritative. So, it's obvious that I'm a National treasure that should be secured in an appropriate institution, alas, I"m also proficient at picking locks and circumventing security, hence my information security career.
Should a reader be confused by this introduction, please contact me offline for clarification of a less humorous and more factual nature. That said, perhaps that reader would be equally well served to talk casually with EMS workers and the reader's local ED professionals.
