Fenpiverinium is an antimuscarinic. It is used in Spasmalgon. Spasmalgon is a Bulgarian drug which is combination between Pitofenone Hydrochloride, Fenpiverinium bromide and Metamisol sodium. Spasmalgon releases pain and spasms of smooth muscles.[1]
