Professional Background

Dr. Yazan Daaboul is a postdoctoral research fellow of cardiovascular medicine at the PERFUSE Study Group at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. He received his M.D. from the Lebanese American University in Beirut, after which he joined PERFUSE. Dr. Daaboul is an senior deputy editor-in-chief at ‘’WikiDoc.org’’ where he authors and peer-reviews content in oncology, cardiology, nephrology, infectious disease, and gastroenterology. He has also authored approximately 300 and reviewed over 700 high-quality USMLE Step 1 style questions for the WikiDoc Board Review Project. Dr. Daaboul is the director of remote contributors at ‘’WikiDoc’’ and oversees the training and contributions of scholars who work remotely from a large number of countries around the world.
