- Paget disease of the vulva
- (VIN) vulvar intraepithelial neoplasm.
2. Vulvar cancer must be differentiated from non-neoplastic vulvar disease like:
- Lichen sclerosus
- Squamous cell hyperplasia
- Vulvar vestibulitis
3. Vulvar cancer must be differentiated from infectious disease lesions of vulva like:
- Herpes genitalis
- Human papillomavirus
- Syphilis
- Chancroid
