Overview

Medulloblastoma may be classified into several subtypes based on WHO 2007 histological classification system (desmoplastic/nodular medulloblastoma, large cell medulloblastoma, anaplastic​ medulloblastoma, and medulloblastoma with extensive nodularity) and the genomic classification system (WNT group, SHH group, Group C, and Group D).
