Overview

Symptoms of vulvar cancer include vulvar ulcers, lumps, discoloration, and chronic pruritis of the vulva.

Symptoms

Vulvar cancer may cause symptoms in its early stages.

• Early symptoms:

• Vulvar ulcers
• Chronic pruritus of the vulva
• Pink, red, white or discoloration on vulva
• Scaly or wart-like patches on vulva
• Lichenification
• Pain or discomfort in the vulva
• Changes in the appearance of a mole on the vulva (it may become larger or change colour or shape)
• Lump on the vulva

• Late symptoms:

• Severe pruritus
• Large lump on the vulva
• Dysuria
• Dyspareunia
• Unusual bleeding or discharge from the lesion
• Inguinal nodes
