- Placental site trophoblastic tumour (PSTT)
- Mixed germ cell tumour - esp. for testicular and ovarian tumours:
Choriocarcinoma must be differentiated from other causes of bleeding during pregnancy
- Spontaneous abortion
- Ectopic pregnancy
- Normal term pregnancy
