  • Slow growing, painless, well circumscribed
  • Located at the angle of the mandible


  • Cystic spaces surrounded by two uniform rows of cells
  • Centrally placed pyknotic nuclei
  • Papillary infoldings
  • Lymphoid stroma and germinal center formation
  • No myoepithelial component


  • Bilaterally cystic lesion
  • Located posteriorly within the parotidfocal tumour nodulerelatively well defined
  • No calcification
