• Cystic cavities lined by cuboidal epithelial cells
• Intraluminal projections
• Serous, mucinous, or papillary histology

• Benign cystic lesion
• Hypodense, small, rounded mass

* Locate in the mouth floor

• Tubular, cribriform, and solid growth pattern
• Uniform serous cells with pleomorphic nuclei and basophilic granular cytoplasms
• Increased mitotic activity and foci of necrosis
• Lymphoid stroma with inflammatory infiltrate

• c-KIT mutation
