Immature. Mature:
Solid. Cystic:
Dermoid cyst (mature cystic teratoma). Dermoid cyst with malignant transformation.
Monodermal and highly specialized:
Struma ovarii. Carcinoid. Struma ovarii and carcinoid. Others (e.g., malignant neuroectodermal and ependymoma).
Mixed forms.
