- Incidental finding , 50 yo male
- Asymptomatic
- May have hematuria and flank pain if ruptured
- Often unremarkable
- Oval shape anechoic mass with variable sizes on U/S
- Well-marginated lesion with thin smooth walls
- Strong posterior acoustic enhancement
- No vascularizations or septation
- Cyst surrounded by a single layer of flattened , cuboidal, or atrophic epithelium
- Clear to straw-colored fluid
