Stage IV Ovarian Germ Cell Tumors Standard treatment options: Dysgerminomas Total abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy with adjuvant chemotherapy. Unilateral salpingo-oophorectomy with adjuvant chemotherapy.

Standard treatment options:
