- Peripheral neuropathy - distal, symmetric, and sensorimotor
Respiratory
- Pleural effusion - in 3-5% of patients
Cardiovascular system
- Congestive heart failure - occurs in few patients presenting with displaced apical impulse, S3 gallop, distended jugular vein, rales at lung auscultation, and peripheral edema.
