  • Bony swelling
  • Restricted range of movement in affected limb


  • Chondroid, myxoid, and fibrous tissue components
  • Pseudolobulated architecture


  • Metaphyseal region of long bones
  • Lobulated, eccentric radiolucent lesion with a well defined sclerotic margin
  • No periosteal reaction
  • Presence of septations, pseudotrabeculation, and geographic bone destruction
