  • Palpable vertebral mass


  • Discrete, solitary mass male 55 years
  • Pain at the site of the skeletal lesion
  • Bone destruction
  • Well-defined, “punched-out” lytic lesions
  • Marked erosion, expansion, and destruction of bone cortex
  • Thick ridging around the periphery
  • “Soap bubble” appearance
