Abdominal CT scan may be helpful in the diagnosis of angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma. Findings on CT scan suggestive of angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma include mediastinal lymphadenopathy and bilaterally enlarged kidneys.
