Langerhans cell histiocytosis commonly affects pediatric population between one and three years of age.[2]
Gender
Males are more commonly affected with langerhans cell histiocytosis than females. The male to female ratio is 1.5:1.[2]
Race
Langerhans cell histiocytosis usually affects individuals of the Caucasian race.[3]
