• Splenomegaly
• Lymphadenopathy

  Massive enlargement of the spleen with slightly inhomogeneous parenchymal enhancement. Multiple enlarged lymph nodes around the coeliac trunk, the hepatoduodenal ligament and the inferior vena cava.
