  • Postoperative chemotherapy is indicated to manage both stage III and stage IV granulosa cell tumor patients.
  • Chemotherapeutic agents recommended for the management of advanced stage granulosa cell tumors include:
  • Adriamycin
  • Bleomycin
  • Cyclophosphamide
  • Etoposide
  • Cisplatin
  • Vinblastine
  • The preferred chemotherapeutic regimens for the treatment of such advanced stage granulosa cell tumors may include:
  • Cyclophosphamide AND adriamycin AND cisplatin
