  • Postoperative chemotherapy is indicated to manage both stage III and stage IV granulosa cell tumor patients.

  • Adriamycin
  • Bleomycin
  • Cyclophosphamide

  • Cisplatin
  • Vinblastine
  • The preferred chemotherapeutic regimens for the treatment of such advanced stage granulosa cell tumors may include:
