Overview
Hepatitis B must be differentiated from other diseases that cause fever, nausea, vomiting, jaundice, hepatomegaly, icteric sclera, elevated ALT, AST, such as other viral hepatitis, alcoholic hepatitis, and autoimmune hepatitis.[1][2][3][4]
