I am currently a first year medical student at Texas A&M University College of Medicine. While I am still undecided on the specialty that I will pursue, I am strongly considering emergency medicine or orthopedic surgery at this time. As I continue through this year and into my second year I hope to find many opportunities to shadow physicians and solidify my desired profession in the medical field.
