• Echocardiography
• Barium enema
• Endoscopy
• Colonoscopy
• Brain autopsy can be done in case of death of the individual and shows:
  • Neuronal degeneration
    • Hippocampus
    • Parietal cortex
    • Thalamus
    • Cerebellum
    • Spinal cord
