Autoimmune pancreatitis is diagnosed by revised HISORt criteria, proposed by Mayo clinic, that includes histology, pancreatic imaging, serology, other organ involvement, and response to steroid treatment.

Autoimmune pancreatitis is diagnosed by revised HISORt criteria, proposed by Mayo clinic and may include one or more of the following:[1][2]

(I) | Pancreatic imaging suggestive of autoimmune pancreatitis |
(S) | Serology (IgG4 ≥2 times the upper limit of normal) |
