Medical student, currently unsure on specialty. Hope to do well on Step1 have heard this is a good free source to study before dedicated and would like to improve myself.

Would prefer to not share my entire lifestory with strangers. I am an average student who is looking to work hard and hopefully make something of myself. Thank you for this service.
