Overview
MRI may be helpful in the diagnosis of Wilms' tumor.
MRI
- Abdominal MRI may be helpful in the diagnosis of wilms tumor.[1]
- One of the most important role of MRI in wilms tumor is to determine if tumor invaded inferior vena cava or not.[2]
- The findings of MRI are:[3]
- Low signal intensity on T1-weighted images.
- High signal intensity on T2-weighted images.
