Overview
Carcinoma of the penis must be differentiated from condyloma acuminata, penile intraepithelial neoplasia (PeIN), balanitis xerotica obliterans, buschke-Lowenstein tumour, bowenoid papulosis, and leukoplakia.

- Precancerous conditions
- Penile intraepithelial neoplasia (PeIN)
- Balanitis xerotica obliterans (BXO)
- Buschke-Lowenstein tumour
- Bowenoid papulosis
- Leukoplakia
