  • Noticeably benign pattern

TI-RADS 3
  • Probably benign nodules
0 < 5%
TI-RADS 4a
  • Undetermined nodules
1 5 - 10%
TI-RADS 4b
  • Suspicious nodules
2 10 - 50%
TI-RADS 4c
  • Highly suspicious nodules
3 - 4 50 - 85%
TI-RADS 5
  • Probably malignant nodules
5 or > > 85%
TI-RADS 6
  • Biopsy proven malignancy
- 100%
