Overview
Symptoms of vulvar cancer include vulvar ulcers, lumps, discoloration, thickening of skin, pain or discomfort in the vulva and chronic pruritis of the vulva.
Symptoms
Vulvar cancer may cause symptoms in its early stages.[1][2][3][4]
Early symptoms
- Vulvar ulcers
- Chronic pruritus of the vulva
- Pink, red, white, or any other discoloration of the vulva
- Scaly or wart-like patches on vulva
- Thickened skin
- Pain or discomfort in the vulva
- Changes in the appearance of a mole on the vulva (it may become larger or change color or shape)
- Lump on the vulva
Late symptoms
- Severe pruritus
- Large lump on the vulva
- Dysuria
- Dyspareunia
- Unusual bleeding or discharge from the lesion
- Inguinal nodes
