Differentiating Tuberous Sclerosis from other Diseases
Tuberous sclerosis must be differentiated from other diseases that cause myxoma or other benign tumors and/or seizures, such as Sturge Weber, hypomelanosis of Ito, Birt-Hogg-Dube syndrome, multiple endocrine neoplasia and various seizures disorders.[1]
