Chest radiographs are usually clear but may show pulmonary edema or pneumonic consolidation. There are no echocardiography or ultrasound findings associated with relapsing fever. However, an ultrasound may be helpful in the diagnosis of hepatomegaly or splenomegaly associated with relapsing fever.
