Overview
Most patients with sinus bradycardia do not have symptoms or asymptomatic. Individuals who are present with symptoms can experience fatigue, exercise intolerance, lightheadedness, dizziness, syncope or presyncope, worsening of anginal symptoms, worsening of heart failure, or cognitive delay.
History and Symptoms
Sinus bradycardia is most often asymptomatic. However, symptoms may include the following when severe:
