Overview
Rapid aspirin desensitization is required when continued aspirin administration is urgent and essential (e.g. acute coronary syndrome). Based on Wong et al in May 2000, a rapid protocol can be used [1]:

The dose of aspirin is increased every 15 minutes until the maximum dose of aspirin is administered:
