Physical Examination

• Look for end organ disease:

Eyes

• Retinal hemorrhage
• Retinalvenous crossing changes

Neck

• Thyromegaly

Heart

• S3 and S4 would suggest heart failure

Lung exam

• Rales would suggest heart failure
