Overview
Adrenalipomas are benign tumors histologically consisting of fat and bone marrow in varying proportions. These tumors are benign. In general they are hormonally inactive, small (<5 cm) and unilateral.
Synonyms: Adrenal myelolipoma
Natural History
Benign. Adrenal hemorrhage is rare.
Differential Diagnosis
That of an incidentaloma.
