- >80 years = 2 points
Sex
- Female = 3 points
Systolic blood pressure
- ≤140 mmHg = 3 points
Creatinine
- >1.4 mg/dl = 1 point
ST depression
- 1–2 µV = 1 point
- >2 µV = 3 points
QRS duration
- ≥100 ms = 1 point
Killip class
- > I = 3 points
MI location
- Anterior = 1 point
