Chest X ray is important in

  • Excluding any other chest infections.
  • Patients on positive pressure ventilation in ICU.

Abdominal X Ray

  • It is useful in cases of calculous cholecystitis.
  • It is not very specific test, as it may miss radiolucent gall stones
