Symptoms

• Arthritis up to 75% or arthralgia. Usually oligo- or polyarticular, symmetric, transient and can be chronic.
• Malabsorption
• Intestinal lipodystrophy (accumulation of fatty deposits in the lymph nodes of the intestine)
• Lymphadenopathy
• Abdominal pain
• Diarrhea
• Fever
• Melanoderma
• Neurological symptoms
  • Cognitive changes
  • Nystagmus
