Diagnosis
Although very different diseases, both may present with any of the following symptoms:
- abdominal pain,
- vomiting,
- diarrhea,
- hematochezia,
- weight loss,
- weight gain and
- various associated complaints or diseases (arthritis, pyoderma gangrenosum, primary sclerosing cholangitis).
